CREDIT CARDS: Only domestic and Canadian credit cards
will be accepted. ALL PURCHASES WILL IMMEDIATELY BE CHARGED TO
YOUR CREDIT CARD AS A RESULT OF LARGE NUMBER OF CREDIT CARDS DECLINED
FOR VARIOUS REASONS BY CREDIT CARD COMPANIES. Customers will be informed immediately if there is a problem with a customer credit card.
INTL ORDERS: Payment will be made only by wire transfer with
transmitting fees added. Noexceptions. This procedure is a result of previous fraudulent European credit card transactions.
CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: Canadian customers are required to pay provincial taxes, brokerage fees, import fees on Wilderness tents, and other Canadian taxes upon receipt of items ordered. If a Canadian Customer does not pay required fees and taxes, these fees and taxes will be automatically charged to your credit card as Pack Saddle Shop is billed for these fees and taxes for Canadian customer non payment.
MONEY ORDERS - CASHIER CHECKS: USA and Canadian only, please note
that paying by cashier check or money order requires extra processing
time.
PERSONAL CHECKS - Items ordered will not ship until the check clears -10 days.
PRICE: All merchandise sold at website listed price on the day of the
order. Typo price errors will not be honored.
SHIPPING: Many items have shipping costs listed. Larger items are FOB from
manufacturer, shipping costs depends on shipping distance and weight.
LOSS or DAMAGE: Immediately
inspect your item upon receipt and report any damage to Pack Saddle
Shop. Pack Saddle Shop will submit a claim with UPS, FedEx or USPS
for damaged or lost merchandise.
BACK ORDERS:We normally stock all merchandise. If an item is out of stock
the customer can cancel purchase or wait for a back order shipment.
RETURNS:
- Prior approval required before returning merchandise and return
items must be shipped within 30 days of purchase.
- Mis-shipped or damaged merchandise will be replaced.
- 20% restocking fee for any item returned that
is not defective or damaged. Item must be returned in new condition.
- Returns must be prepaid freight.
- Customer shipping fees
are non refundable unless there is a product defect determined by Pack saddle Shop.
- Warranties implied or actual are the responsibility of the manufacturer.
Returns should be shipped to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
However, contact Pack Saddle Shop initially for appropriate phone
numbers and addresses.
- Custom orders, and products dirty, used, worn,
or altered or otherwise damaged/modified by the customer will
NOT be accepted for refund or replacement. All tent frames are custom orders as each frame is custom made for a specific tent dimension, and that frame will only exactly fit the tent the custom
- frame was specifically built for. No exceptions.
CANCELLATIONS:
- There is a 2% cancellation fee when a customer used a credit
card to purchase merchandise. Pack saddle shop is charged a 2 1/2 % credit card fee for every credit card purchase regardless if the customer later decides to cancel the purchase made with a credit card. Hopefully, all customers understand the need for this policy.
- Cancelling an order after it has been shipped will be considered
a return.
- Shipping fees are non refundable.
