My wife Sheryl shot this moose in 1985. 300 mag Weatherby, 300 yards through the heart. Its an average size moose for Idaho. When Rich packed my moose out on Rosie, Rosie reared up and came down on Rich's head causing a severe concussion. You can read more about that in "Packing Tips".
